The average cost of book cover ranges. Premade covers start at $40 up to $70+. Custom Covers. These rates show our most common fee, we would love to discuss your project in more detail to find your unique needs and provide you with a custom estimate if needed.
How do I figure out my cover concept?
Professional stock book covers from a professional book designer can help you up your game in the very competitive field of publication. Also, if don’t have design or tech experience this can be stressful on your own. If you don’t see what you want, ask your designer to work with you on the concept. You can choose a stock cover image or go for a custom cover design.

JA Miller and Jennifer Conner are the owners of Romance Novel Covers Now and of this site. Other cover designers are contracted and work under the umbrella of Romance Novel Covers Now.
Stock covers from Romance Novel Covers Now are sold as is. With the exception of adding the names, author name etc. Color, font & style cannot be changed without additional cost. RNCN holds responsibility to deliver said order or will refund 100% of the customers purchase price.
Once you have purchased your cover and cover is delivered you have full editorial rights to said cover. The author is allowed to use their cover in any print form (ebook, paperback, website or advertising they wish without consent from RNCN).
Once a cover is purchased, the author will have the cover emailed to them in a 48 hour turn-around period. If there is some reason that timeline cannot be achieved, RNCN will send an email stating the reason for the delay. Work week is Monday-Friday. 72-96 hour turn around if ordered on Friday-Sunday.
RNCN holds the right to refuse service and return the full purchase price to the author/purchaser at any time.
Only 1 change can be made to the final cover after sent for approval. If there are additional change requests there will be a $25 change fee added for each request.
There is a 100% guaranteed refund on the covers BEFORE final approval. No refunds will be rewarded after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design was emailed to the author/purchaser.
Stock Photos are used from the site depositphotos.com and are not copyrighted. Images can be used by other designers on other sites.
Romance Novel Covers Now is not liable for any copyright violations that the author may incur outside of the contract with RNCN for the cover design.
Requirements for using Romance Novel Covers Now services is that orders must be paid in advance through PayPal to romancenovelcoversnow@ gmail.com . If the customer is not happy then they can request a 100% refund policy before the order is designed and completed. After the final unwatermarked order is delivered then n refund will be issued.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contact BEFORE the final unwatermarked order is delivered then a 100% of the total order amount will be refunded.
