Only 2 changes can be made to the final cover after sent for approval. If there are additional change requests there will be a $25 change fee added for each request.There is a 100% guaranteed refund on the covers BEFORE final approval. Covers will be sent with a watermark until payment has been made. No refunds will be rewarded after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design was emailed to the author/purchaser.Ordering and shipping information: All orders are digital and will be delivered between 24-48 hours after ordering depending on changes. If this time needs to be extended the customer will be contacted with the new timeline.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. There is a 100% guaranteed refund on the covers BEFORE final approval and before the watermark is removed. No refunds will be rewarded after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design was emailed to the author/purchaser.

Covers from Romance Novel Covers Now are sold as is. With the exception of adding the names, author name etc. Color, font & style cannot be changed without additional cost.
Once you have purchased your cover and cover is delivered you have full editorial rights to said cover. The author is allowed to use their cover in any print form (ebook, paperback, website or advertising they wish without consent from RNCN).
Once a cover is purchased, the author will have the cover emailed to them in a 48 hour turn-around period. If there is some reason that timeline cannot be achieved, RNCN will send an email stating the reason for the delay. Work week is Monday-Friday. 72-96 hour turnaround if ordered on Friday-Sunday.
RNCN holds the right to refuse service and return the full purchase price to the author/purchaser at any time.
