Refund and or Return Policy

Premade covers from Romance Novel Covers Now are sold as is. With the exception of adding the names, author name etc. Color, font & style cannot be changed without additional cost. Once you have purchased your cover and cover is delivered you have full editorial rights to said cover. The author is allowed to use their cover in any print form (ebook, paperback, website or advertising they wish without consent from RNCN). Once a cover is purchased, the author will have the cover emailed to them in a 48 hour turn-around period. If there is some reason that timeline cannot be achieved, RNCN will send an email stating the reason for the delay. Work week is Monday-Friday. 72-96 hour turn around if ordered on Friday-Sunday. RNCN holds the right to refuse service and return the full purchase price to the author/purchaser at any time. Only 1 change can be made to the final cover after sent for approval. If there are additional change requests there will be a $25 change fee added for each request. There is a 100% guaranteed refund on the covers BEFORE final approval. No refunds will be rewarded after the final approval has been sent by the author and the final cover design was emailed to the author/purchaser.
SHIPPING – ALL products are digital content and the shipping through email is free in jpeg or png format. TAX – Tax will be applied to the purchase. If you ave any questions please email us before you order at romancenovelcoversnow @gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, it must be before the FINAL approval.
Refunds
All covers or work is 100% refundable BEFORE the final approval by the client by email approval. Once final approval is done and the final has been sent there is no refund.
We will only change covers IF there is a mistake at our end.
Any other chnges after final approval there will be an additional charge.
